Santa Parade: 1st Saturday in December

The Ada Fire Department will have trucks in the annual Ada Township Christmas Parade, as well as assist with traffic control. The Parade concludes with Santa riding through town to Station 1 where children can meet Santa, and tell him their wishes. Please note that due to covid, the parade is not happening in 2020.

Toys for Tots Collection Site

Every year during the Christmas Season, Station 1 serves as a Toys for Tots site. New, unwrapped toys can be dropped off during normal business hours. Please click here to visit the Toys for Tots website.

Ada/Cascade Clean-Up Day

Each Spring and Fall, Ada and Cascade Township team up to provide their residents the opportunity to clean up their yards, garages, etc. by providing a massive array of Garbage Trucks and Dumpsters at the Forest Hills Central High School where anything from old mattresses to broken TVs and more can be discarded without fee.

Please Note: Hazardous materials including batteries, antifreeze, motor oil, etc. cannot be accepted at these drop-off points. Please take these items to the appropriate recycling or disposal facility.

For information about restricted items, dates and more, please contact the Ada Township Office.
